Terms of Service

Plain English. Marked for lawyer review before launch.

This is an honest first draft written in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by a Nepali securities lawyer. Do not treat it as final legal text.

1. What NEPSE Quant is

NEPSE Quant is a research tool: market data, screens, backtests and tax calculators for the Nepal Stock Exchange. It is not investment advice, and NEPSE Quant is not a SEBON-licensed investment advisor or broker. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy or sell any security. You make your own decisions; you are responsible for them.

2. No warranty on data

The data is compiled from public exchange disclosures and third-party sources. We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, correct, or available without interruption. Prices, fundamentals, dividends and tax figures may contain errors or be out of date. Verify anything you rely on against the primary source before acting on it. The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Do not share access, scrape the terminal in bulk, or attempt to circumvent access controls. We may suspend or terminate an account for abuse, for non-payment, or where required by law.

4. Pricing and billing

The terminal is Rs 2,999 per year. During early access, billing is manual — you pay by Khalti, eSewa or Fonepay QR after creating an account. There is no auto-renewal to cancel. If something is wrong with your access, contact us and we will make it right. See the pricing page for current details.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NEPSE Quant is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or reliance on its data. It is a research tool, not a guarantee of any outcome.

6. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
