Research standards
Five standards govern every signal, screen, and backtest the terminal produces. Every figure carries its source and its as-of time.
Backtests use only information available on the simulated date. Companies that later delisted stay in the test — no survivorship bias.
Returns are net. Broker fees and slippage — the gap between a quoted price and a realistic fill — are charged before anything is reported.
The benchmark is the NEPSE index. A strategy that trails it is reported as trailing it.
Every signal states the factors that fired it and a confidence figure.
A signal is a statistical ranking computed from historical data — a measurement, not a recommendation. No orders are routed; no broker is connected; nothing here is investment advice.
