This is an honest first draft written in plain language. It has not yet been reviewed by a Nepali securities lawyer. Do not treat it as final legal text.

What we collect

Your email address — when you subscribe to the free NEPSE wrap, or when you create an account.
A hashed form of your IP address — used only to control abuse and rate-limit sign-ups. We store a one-way hash, not your raw IP.
Aggregate visit counts — how many people viewed a page, in total. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising trackers, or cross-site cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no ad pixel, no fingerprint.

How your email is handled

We use Resend as our email service provider to send the messages you ask for (account codes, the weekly wrap). Your email is processed by Resend for delivery and is not used for anything else. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers — ever.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as you are subscribed or hold an account. The hashed IP is kept only as long as needed for abuse control. Aggregate visit counts contain no personal data.

Deleting your data

You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email us via the contact page and we will remove your email and account records. Unsubscribing from the wrap stops the emails; a deletion request removes the record entirely.
